Greetings Friends & Family!
I am walking to remember my grandmother, Suzanne Taber, who passed away this past summer of 2019. Grandma T was a kind and caring grandmother that always put those she loved first.
Please join me in my effort to raise money for Council on Aging in Union County to support our mission to help older adults age successfully and independently with the upmost dignity. Your support means so much to me and our team of staff members, volunteers, board members, and most importantly our parents and grandparents who need our support.
