Tour de Wyoming
The 2020 Tour de Wyoming gathers in Rock Springs, Wyoming, known as the Home of 56 Nationalities, on July 11. Next day we head south to take in the sights of Flaming Gorge Reservoir where we'll stay two nights at Flaming Gorge Resort. On our second day, while not moving camp, we'll have a stunning route through the Sheep Mountain Geologic Loop. On Day three we head northwest, through the historic Bridger Valley and spend the night in the welcoming community of Mountain View. Next we continue northwest to the town of Kemmerer, a town that has hosted us many times. Day 5 we turn east and run parallel to the Oregon Trail, through a vast sagebrush sea and spend the night in the small town of Farson. The town is opening their community center for our use, so our overnight arragements will be a bit scattered within the town. On our final day, we head south and return to Rock Springs. Entry is via an initial drawing, held after registration from Feb. 1 to Feb. 29. Those winning a slot will be announced by March 6.
