This is such an amazing fundraiser and the positive impact that the Chatham-Kent Hospice had for my Mom and our family will never be forgotten.
The memories that we had at the hospice during Mom's last days were some of the best we had as a family, all thanks to the great nursing staff, volunteers and beautiful facility. Thank you for supporting us! : )
