Without the help of the Chatham Kent Hospice I would not have been able to offer my father the comfort he required in his final moments. Through the compassion of the amazing Team at Chatham Kent Hospice I was able to be my Dad’s daughter, instead of his caregiver and spend precious time holding his hand and being there for him as he took his final breaths. Through the care and support of Chatham Kent Hospice I have also found support in this rollercoaster process known as grief. Please give what you can so others have this beautiful opportunity.
