Help us support Chatham-Kent Hospice, an amazing community service!
Our grandma passed away in November of 2019, and although we were unable to get her home like she wanted, the staff Chatham-Kent Hospice were so kind, incredible and supportive for our grandmother in her final days. Help us honour her and this incredible service!
