30TH ANNUAL 5K/10K THE WESTSIDE WAY

Join us in celebrating the 30th anniversary of our 5K/10K The Westside Way - VIRTUALLY! Out of an abundance of caution, we will forgo the in-person race for a virtual event. You can race anytime, anywhere in August. All registrants will receive a commemorative t-shirt with a new 30^th Anniversary t-shirt design! This event is superhero-themed. Dress up, run or walk, and share your results and photos!

HOW IT WORKS

1. Register - Choose your event: 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles)
2. Race - Walk or run ANY day in August. Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time. Take a picture of your record.
3. Share - Submit your time and picture of your record. CLICK HERE to submit your results. Share photos on Facebook and Instagram!

SMARTPHONE APPS

There are many free apps that you can download and use to record your virtual results. Use one of these apps to track your run or walk. Or use your favorite app or smartwatch. Most importantly, don't forget to save your activity and upload your results!

Online registration closes Monday, August 31.

AMENITIES

Pick up your commemorative 30th Anniversary T-shirt at Frank's Wine in Wilmington.

Your shirt will be mailed out by the end of September. If you would like to have your shirt mailed to you for $5, pay for shipping here.

SHARE YOUR RESULTS

You have until Saturday, September 12 to race and submit your results.

1. Find your Race Roster registration receipt email and locate your confirmation number. (The email will be from Race Roster "therunner@raceroster.com")

2. Click "Submit a virtual result" on the results page.

3. Enter your name and the confirmation number from your receipt in the dialog box that appears. You will be prompted to enter the results of anyone you registered.

4. Enter your results. If you registered multiple people, you will be able to submit their results now. Each person can only submit once.

5. Click submit once complete.
