Please join us for the 8th annual Trot Against Trafficking 5K Run, 1 Mile Walk and Kids Dash. This family friendly and competitive event is chip timed and will be held in Park Ridge, Illinois just steps from Uptown. The 5K Run and 1 mile Walk charity event will benefit Selah Freedom, a non-profit organization that helps raise awareness, educate and fund initiatives to end human trafficking right in the Chicagoland area!
The 5K course is flat and fast, USATF Certified and takes you throughout a beautiful residential area in Park Ridge, Illinois . In addition to the 5K run / walk, there will also be a kids dash with different distance and starting times by age group. After the race, join us for live entertainment, food, drinks and complimentary massages.
All 5K and 1 Mile Walk participants will receive a running shirt and prizes will be awarded to top overall male, female and age group finishers. Kids dash participants will receive a t-shirt and official race medal.
