Join us for the 1st Annual
Miles For Migraine - Houston, TX
Miles for Migraine will host its first annual 2-mile Walk/ 5K/ 10K Walk/Run in Houston as a Virtual Event. This Fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research will take at a time that works best for you between March 24th and April 2nd. The original event was scheduled for Saturday March 28, 2020.
We will mail you out your swag bag for receipt before March 28th (if you sign up after March 24th, the bag will be mailed on April 3rd) that includes your participant shirt, an event bib and finisher medal. There may be a few other goodies included too!
As a virtual event, we encourage you to practice safe social distancing recommendations. Remember, our events are not just for walkers and runners. You complete your walk, your run or your own "Just Relax" activity at a time and place that works for your schedule. Upload your results via a link provided to you a few days in advance of the scheduled event.
Dress up in your best purple flair and post to social media for another chance at a fun prize!

If you are a migraine or headache disorders advocate who is not feeling up to a walk, run or volunteer assignment on the day of the event, PLEASE still plan to come join us for this important day of advocacy. We will have a quiet tent at the event for you to rest in. Come out and meet others in your community who understand life with migraine and headache disease and show your community why we need a cure!

Course Map & Description
This race will take place on the White Oak Bayou Greenway Trail as well as the Buffalo Bayou Hike and Bike Trail creating a picturesque tour of the northern downtown Houston area. Fairly level and paved, this trail will be accessible by all abilities.
