Big Stu's Barbecue is a family friendly barbecue that was founded in 2019 to honor the late Stu Lapidus. As a family Man, Stu valued time spent with the family and barbecuing. After a hard fought battle with Pancreatic Cancer Stu sadly passed away on February 22, 2018. Proceeds from our event will be donated to Project Purple, a non-profit charity which helps patients and families who are dealing with Pancreatic Cancer.
This year we are doing things a little different given the restrictions brought on by COVID. The barbecue will be going completely virtual.
How It Will Work:
1. Register for any or all categories.

2. Submit your photos to bigstusbarbecueandreview@gmail.com by 9:00 PM CST on Saturday, August 22nd.
3. All entires will be voted on and winners will receive trophies for "Best Barbecue," "Best Barbecue Set Up," & "Best Dessert."
