Are you ready the Hues for Humanity - Color Run in Fort McMurray? We are!
HUES FOR HUMANITY has historically been a family friendly 5 KM COLOR run or walk.
This year, we have moved to a VIRTUAL family friendly event!
Introducing: Color Run Bingo!!
Together with friends and family, participants will race around the city trying to visit each of our sponsors, discover sites within the city, and even search for hidden spots using clues. Participants will be working to fill their BINGO card where each square is given to a sponsor/location. To win they will need to take a picture at each location, upload it to social media, and tag the sponsor. We have some amazing prizes lined up - including a $2000 gift certificate from Oz Heating!
Register today for this fun event! The search will be on the week of August 21-28th - you can take all week to complete your bingo card, or marathon them all in a day!
Curbside pickup of your registration bag (with t-shirt, colour packets, and bingo card) will take place Aug 20, 24, and 27. *Any late race bag pickups will be on the 28th, drop by 148 Westwood Drive.
We look forward to this being an innovative and fun event, where families can not only support critically needed programs for children, but also discover new local businesses and do something fun and unique with their families.
Hues for Humanity is a fun way to support urgently needed education programs for children living in poverty across the world (Ethiopia, Malawi and Guatemala). 100% of the profits earned from Hues for Humanity runs are used to support Canadian Humanitarian’s education, health and empowerment initiatives around the world. Each year Canadian Humanitarian provides educational, medical, and social-emotional support to over 1000 children in Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Malawi. To learn more about their work around the globe, click here.
By participating in the Hues for Humanity race and supporting these programs you will become an integral part of ensuring children the need it most are given the opportunity, education, and supports needed to reach their highest potential.
*Those who registered before the event turned virtual will have their registrations converted to the virtual race*
*Paid registrations come with a t-shirt and 2 colour packets. Children's free registrations (ages 9 and under) do not include the t-shirt or colour packets.
*Discount prices for Teams are automatically applied as team selection and ages are entered - add a team and watch your registration price go down!
