Whether it's your first race, or you're returning to running after some time off, our dedicated 5k/10k Coaches are ready to help you train! 5k Class is designed for the true "beginner" runner, and the first workout is no harder than a brisk walk. We've all been beginners before, and we'll get you to the finish line without overdoing it! 10k Class is for the runner who has done a couple 5ks, but just isn't comfortable taking the leap to the next distance yet. We'll gradually build your strength and endurance and get you ready for 5 mile or 10k finish!

First time half marathoner or seasoned veteran, our progressive, 12 week group training program will get you to the finish line and reduce the risk of injury along the way! Enjoy the camaraderie and accountability of a group training environment, make some new friends, and get great advice from experienced coaches along the way!

Don't live in the LaCrosse area, but still want to utilize the Grand Bluff Training programs to get ready for the Maple Leaf Races? Virtual "In Training" Class may be the right choice for you! You'll receive all the same training plans as a regular member, be able to virtually attend the entire Better Running Seminar Series, see all the great training tips that we post in our private Facebook group, and get the exclusive "In Training" moisture wicking shirt. ** It's expected that virtual trainees will not be running with the group, and will be responsible for their own hydration and nutrition during long runs.
