2nd Annual Heroes On The Water 5K Presented by DSS, Inc.

Thank you to everyone that helped make the first annual Heroes On The Water 5K Run & Walk a success!

We are excited to announce that the 2nd Annual Heroes On The Water 5K will be held on October 10, 2020! Participants will run or walk through the beautiful Halpatiokee Regional Park. Participants now have the option of registering for a timed run, or a Virtual 5K! New to this year's race, all participants will be receiving FINISHER MEDALS! Chip timing will be provided by Southern Timing, LLC.

Heroes On The Water
This race will be benefiting the Treasure Coast Heroes On The Water Chapter, proceeds will be donated to the chapter. Heroes on the Water, a 501(c)(3) veterans’ charity, creates alternative therapeutic programs to serve veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and their families. These experiential programs incorporate structured activities proven to improve the lives of these men and women. Each experience reduces the impact of post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury while providing much-needed camaraderie and support.

All participants will be given a performance shirt, custom race bib, finisher medal, finisher certificate and an individual results page with an individual finish line video!

This race will be chip timed with LIVE RESULTS and there will be preliminary Results' Kiosks provided for you to search for your preliminary results. There will also be a Finish Line Video that captures a clip of you coming across the Finish Line for you to share or download!

There will be 2 water stations along the course and water at the finish line. There will also be light snacks provided for you after you finish!

Runner Swag
Timed runners/walkers will receive a performance race shirt, finisher medal, race bib, goodie bag, finisher certificate and an individual results page with an individual finish line video! This video will show you coming across the finish line to be shared with family and friends on social media!

Virtual Runners/Walkers will receive a race shirt & finisher medal mailed after October 10th.

Awards
Awards will be given out to the top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers!
