Monster Dash 5K, part of the Medical City Alliance “Spooktacular” Event along with a super fun Health and Wellness Expo for the whole family!
At 8:00am the 5k run begins with all registered participants entered into a raffle drawing for $500! After the run, they are treated to a free pancake and sausage breakfast followed by an awards ceremony.
Exhibits will feature interactive demonstrations of healthy cooking, yoga, spin classes and massages. You will have the opportunity to tour a medical helicopter (if schedule permits), as well as an ambulance and fire truck. Family entertainment offers music, face painting and more. The Health Fair runs from 8:00am - 2:00pm.

Parking for the event will be at Fossil Ridge High School with shuttles transporting attendees. Shuttles will begin running at 6am.
