Sarasota Laps for Life

hosted by the Knights of Columbus

Help us raise funds to benefit women and children in our community that need our help.

The Knights of Columbus are Catholic men who volunteer their time and resources to put faith into action within our community and around the globe. With our Laps for Life cause, we raise money to help finance local pregnancy centers that provide free services designed to help both the baby and mother, so that a new life can be born into the world and cared for. In Sarasota, we saw a need to bring attention to My Choice Pregnancy Center (A program of Angels Among Us in Florida Inc.,a 501c-3 and a registered Florida not-for-profit.), where they serve and save daily. This is our third year hosting this 5K charity event and have raised over $50,000 thanks to kind and generous supporters.

Psalm 139: For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
