Event Information
How it works:
1. Register
2. Race- run or walk 3.1 or 1.5 miles any time between now and August 7th. Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time.
3. submit your time and picture of your course. submit photo on facebook and or instagram
4. print out finisher certificate
Race Time is up to you....you have till August 10th at noon to complete
Location again is up to you....your neighborhood, local trails, your treadmill, high school track.
