Kids' Runs and Virtual Live Every Day Challenge
The Victorian Order of Nurses (VON) is the only national, not-for-profit, charitable home and community care organization in Canada. Our nurses, therapists and other health care providers care for Canadians in their own homes. We offer more than 75 home care, personal support, and community services designed to help people of all ages to get healthy and stay healthy. Our team of more than 5,000 staff and 9,000 volunteers serves Canadians in more than 1,200 communities across our country.

We believe that all people have the right to quality health care regardless of their ability to pay. As a registered charity, we direct donations into funding services helping people.
We strive to build healthy communities — one person at a time.
Your support to the 2020 VON Great Community Run, Walk 'N' Roll will help provide local support, ensuring that programs and services are available to those who need them most.
Funds raised from this event will help provide subsidies for those in need of transportation assistance to medical appointments, nutrition support through meal programs as well as programs and services to keep them socially connected within their communities.
Additionally VON fundraising provides equipment for our clinics and home care nursing as well as education and training to ensure our staff continue to provide the highest quality of care and support.
Please plan to join us this year for the Run, Walk 'n' Roll at the event, or participate virtually from where you are for the VON Live Every Day Activity Challenge.
Although we've had to postpone our event, the need for quality health care and social support services continues to increase within our community. We hope to run this event on September 13th and hope that we are able to once again gather in groups to support our community. Should we not be able to gather in person, we will make this a full virtual event...stay tuned.
Also new this year, you can participate virtually the day of the event in a VON SMART class.
We look forward to an exciting day of activity and family fun in support of community health!
