Aging Ahead provides programs, services and resources to support individuals and their caregivers on the journey of aging. Delivering nutritious Meals on Wheels with a safety check to home-bound older adults, supports a nourished life. This is just one of many services we offer to older adults in St. Charles, St. Louis, Franklin and Jefferson Counties.
Due to the pandemic, this will be a virtual 5K run and 1 mile walk. Participants are encouraged to run or walk the distance at their convenience. Good luck in your PR!
Your payment not only ensures that Aging Ahead continues in its mission, but will entitle all participants to a fashionable, long sleeved shirt. Be sure to indicate your shirt size. The shirts will be ordered at the end of October, and mailed to the participant. Please expect the shirt to arrive 3 to 5 weeks after the order.
