Dates: Friday, August 7th through Sunday, August 9th
Location: Foresthill, CA
Description: A weekend long trail experience with trail runs, run specific clinics, hikes, and special guest appearances. If you are passionate about the trails and love to challenge yourself - this is the camp for you.
Friday - Evening Hike averaging about 5 miles at elevation
Saturday - Morning Long Run on the Western States Trail from 10 - 15 miles; Average elevation gain roughly 2,000ft.
Sunday - Morning Run - 5 recovery miles and departure mid afternoon
