Raise the Bar Triathlon
Raise the Bar non-tradition triathlon will take place October 3, 2020 starting at 8 am central time. It will consist of a 2.5 mile kayak/canoe/paddle on the beautiful Green River, a 14 mile bike ride through the Green River Ranch to the Ebenezer community and a 5K out and back run that finishes inside American Legion Park on a newly rubberized walking/running path. The course is mostly on a low traffic area with volunteers throughout and police present on the main highway. Parking and finish will be located at American Legion Park (1099 Legion Park Rd, Greensburg, KY 42743), Transitions will also be located at the park, there will be a shuttle service to the beginning of the race that will transport you and your watercraft. *water portion contingent on safe river levels, decision will be made by the race director up to race day morning*

Virtual distance complete in any order and any time between October 1 and October 6. For the virtual Triathlon swim 400 meters, Bike 14 miles and run 5K, for the virtual duathlon bike run 2.5 K, 14 miles, run 5 k
