The Bluffton Parks Department and Bluffton Strength & Conditioning
are partnering to host BLUFFTON WOD & RUN.
BLUFFTON WOD & RUN is a 2-part event
starting with a timed 5K Run/Walk
followed by a 20-minute CrossFit-inspired workout.
All ages & abilities are welcome!
You can participate in the 2-event Challenge
OR you can choose to only participate in the WOD or the 5K
Registration
$25 for the 2-event Challenge (5K & WOD)
$15 for the 5K Run/Walk single event
$15 for the WOD single event

How does the WOD Work?
For the 2-event Challenge, everyone will start the 5K Run/Walk at 8:00 AM. WOD heats will begin at 8:05 a.m. Heat times are: 8:30, 8:55, 9:20, 9:45, 10:05, 10:30, and 10:55. We will fill the 8:05 heat with participants who are competing in the WOD only. Additional heats will be opened up when the previous heat fills. (We will take your estimated finish time into account when assigning heats).
The WOD will be published 2 weeks prior to the Challenge. Example events may include (but not limited to): push-ups, sit ups, squats, Kb swings, lunges, dead lifts, and burpees . The time Cap will be 20 minutes for each heat.
The WOD will be organized and run by Bluffton Strength & Conditioning.
