To be honest, it's pretty weird times right now. If you feel overwhelmed, numb, or many different feelings, we get it. While there are some things that are out of our control, there are a few things we can control: how we want to help, how we want to love, how we want to treat each other, how we can move.
If you're looking for some motivation to get moving, or connection to a goal, or a focus on your health, we invite you to join us for the next 3 Saturdays to move your body in a positive way. This challenge is open to all ages, all levels, all genders, all athletic abilities. As this is a virtual challenge, you can live anywhere in the world and participate. Let's come together and inspire each other virtually BUT moving completely separately (like, not even 6 ft apart).
We care deeply about the power of moving our bodies for our physical and mental health. We believe in the power of taking care of ourselves so we can give more to others.
Join us for the next 3 Saturdays in the #LoveWave Challenge WHEREVER YOUR FEET ARE. Jump in and commit to moving your body 1 mile, a 5k, a 10k, a half marathon or anything in between- YOUR PACE. ALL LEVELS, GENDERS, AND ABILITIES. Grab your family, coworkers, and friends and participate together, but separate!
If you've participated with SIB before, you know how much we love coming together.
During these times, we ask you don't run as a group and DO practice social distancing. We expect you will practice the guidelines suggested for your community, following regulations and exceptions set in place to help us all move through this and keep each other safe.

5 Steps to Complete the #LoveWave Challenge:
1. Register (free entry).
2. Receive an email with all instructions regarding our live warm up and playlist each Friday.
3. Join our Facebook Event or Strava group if that's your thing.
4. Move your body in a way that feels good for the next 3 Saturdays. Share where you are moving with us by using the #LoveWave.
5. Those who complete all 3 Saturdays will receive a signature SIB quote note card to set somewhere that will bring you joy or send to someone else to bring them joy.
