The Pennsylvania SPCA and Main Line Animal Rescue’s Good Dog Jog is a virtual 5k Run/2k Walk that you can do anytime between Saturday, April 4, 2020 and Thursday, April 30, 2020. Do something pawsitive for yourself and for the most vulnerable animals in our community.

All proceeds benefit the PSPCA and MLAR’s shared, life-saving mission.

Who can participate?

Animal advocates of all ages are welcome to take part in this virtual run/walk. All children 10 and under are free.

How to Participate

1. Register for the Good Dog Jog 5k Run/2k Walk.

2. Track your run/walk on the following apps: Strava, Runkeeper, apple watch, Pacer, Run with Map My Run, RunGo. Note: No need to complete your run/walk all at once. Use these apps to track your progress over the course of a day, several days, or a week.

3. Tag us in social media! We would love to see pictures of you and your pets or just you as well at the beginning and end of your run/walk.

Don’t forget to tag @pscpa @mainlineanimalrescue with your #gooddogjog hashtag.

4. Share the Good Dog Jog information with friends, family, neighbors and colleagues so you can participate together---separately.

5. Set up your own fundraising page!

You can do this by signing in and then clicking "My Homepage" from the upper right menu. Select the event from your Homepage. You can then edit your fundraising page and share on Facebook!
