This special edition signature 5km workout has been designed to maintain personal health, crush personal milestones and of course lay out virtual high fives right across the country. Complete outside, hit the treadmill, or head down to the local track. Whatever the terrain, whatever the environment, wherever you are, there are now no excuses to get it done.

YOUR SPECIAL EDITION MISSION
Complete a 5km run any time between April 9 & 14th, 2020
Along the run, you will be asked to enter 10 Virtual Sweat Zones to complete designated exercises. These exercises can be completed in any order.
VIRTUAL SWEAT ZONES
- 15 Push Ups
- 20 Sprinter Sit Ups (10 per side)
- 20 Mountain Climbers
- 15 Air Squats to Calf Raise
- 15 Push Ups
- 20 Reverse Lunges
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Plank to Elbows
- 20 Side Plank Leg Lifts (10 per side)
- 15 Burpees
COMPLETION
- Upon completion, participants can head to the events results page to upload a screenshot of the completion (Photo of you in action, Strava results, treadmill shot, etc. HAVE FUN WITH IT
- Download official Finisher Certificate!
PACKAGE MAIL OUTS
- Individual Finisher Packages will be mailed out following proof of completion upload!
