Our story…
In a couple of weeks my brother and I will be racing in the Wild One Wilden Trail Run for Youth Mental Health.
Unfortunately, earlier this year our family took a huge blow as we lost one of our own to her battle with mental health. She was a vibrant, intelligent, talented and passionate soul who felt the weight of the world all too harshly. Youth is an incredibly vulnerable time for many and Brian Scranton and I would like to do our part to try to support those who are looking for a helping hand to get them through some of the turmoil and darker times that life can throw their way.
If you'd like to support us and the youth of our community please feel free to donate. We will be running as team Kaamos in my cousin Peyton's honour. And please give your loved ones a hug and shoot words of encouragement their way. It's a tough world out there right now and we could all use a little extra love ❤️
