The virtual run “Healthy @ Home” was created to help us to be active, and to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

In a virtual race, individuals can run, walk, use assisted mobility apparatus, push prams, ride bikes or even run on a treadmill.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Step 1 – Register through RaceRoster, and pay a registration fee of only USD 15.00.
• Step 2 – You will receive a confirmation email and official number to use when recording your run.
• Step 3 – Tracking – when you sign up, you will be provided guidelines on an easy-to-install app (The ASICS Run Keeper App) that will track the distance on your mobile phone
• Step 4 - Results Submission: Follow the steps in your email
• Step 5 – Complete at least 5 km and submit your results to receive your e-certificate.
• Step 6 – Complete more than 5km and become eligible for special team and individual prizes.

ANYTHING ELSE?

• Location: Anywhere you like, just as long as you continue social distancing and follow the national safety guidelines.
• Timeframe – 1st May - 30th June, 2020
• Special prizes include:
  • Largest Corporate Team (from one company or separate subsidiaries)
  • Largest Running Side (a group of Individuals)
  • Fastest Individual 5km
  • Longest Individual Run
  • Other prizes for achieving milestone distances and clocking in the most kilometers during the race period.
• E- Certificates can be downloaded when you complete the first 5km
• Participants – local and international supporters, everybody jump in!
