Captain: Mike Bell
Cause: The Davis Health System Foundation Guardian Angel Fund provides financial assistance to those served by DHS for medically necessary items and services that contribute to the individual's health, wellness, and overall quality of life. Special programs include Chronic Care Management, Orthopedic Nutritional Counseling, and a Free Mammogram Program at Davis Medical Center and Broaddus Hospital.
