With one in every five Mississippi children currently living with a mental illness, it is time for Mississippians to join forces to finally erase the stigma of mental health. During May, we will be racing specifically for this cause. Join us in May to help bring mental health to the forefront. We can drive change together.

Canopy Children’s Solutions serves over 6,000 Mississippi children and families every year. Since 1912, Canopy has served the greatest needs of children and families. Canopy has flourished to become the state’s most comprehensive provider of children’s behavioral health, educational, and social service solutions. Today, one in five children in the U.S. suffers from a mental health disorder, yet less than 20 percent ever receive treatment. Additionally, one in 59 children today are diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Sadly as the occurrence rates continue to increase, the availability of quality resources for these children and families remain extremely limited.

Now Virtual | Race It Your Way: You pick the day, the time, the activity, and the course. Event kicks of Saturday, May 2, 2020 and continues through the month of May.

Ways to Race: 3.1 miles run/walk, 12.4 miles bike or 1600 meters swim
