Raise money for No Kid Hungry
No child should go hungry in America. But millions don’t know where their next meal is coming from. No Kid Hungry is ending childhood hunger by helping launch and improve programs that give all kids the healthy food they need to thrive.
As the coronavirus crisis bars kids from the school meals they depend on, everyday people, celebrities, corporations and others are stepping up to ensure these kids can eat. But where’s all the money going? No Kid Hungry is using donations large and small, from individuals just like you, to support kids who are struggling.
Thanks to your generosity, they've provided $11.6 million in emergency grant funding to 454 schools and community groups across the country feeding children during the pandemic. With the help of these grants, programs plan to serve 4.5 million healthy meals a day during this crisis. This is the first phase of an ongoing multi-million-dollar response, and No Kid Hungry will continue to do everything they can to make sure no child misses a meal.
With your support, they're also on Capitol Hill working with lawmakers to support low-income families through aid and stimulus packages, and field staff across the country are working with local governments and city councils to get kids food.
When you become part of No Kid Hungry, you're joining a movement of teachers, chefs, community leaders, parents, lawmakers and CEOs with a shared belief: no kid in America should go hungry.
