ARH Virtual 5K

• Step 1: Register to participate & donate to the ARH Foundation if you wish by June 7.
• Step 2: Review your confirmation email for specific instructions and download your race bib.
• Step 3: Complete your 5K Fun Run by June 7th -- any day, any time, any location!
• Step 4: Upload your race time and Virtual 5K photo for the Photo Contest by June 14.
• Step 5: Receive a completion certificate once submitted.
• Your race teeshirt should be received within two weeks of the race's completion.

Register online NOW through June 14. Registration fees are $40 per participant.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RACE?

A virtual race can be run (or walked) from any location and any way you choose. You can run or walk on the road, treadmill, or a track; or hike a trail; or skip around your house; or sit on your comfy couch! YOUR RACE. YOUR PACE, YOUR PLACE... and TIME IT YOURSELF.

WHAT ARE THE RULES?

There are no rules. Run or walk your distance, on your time, on your route, and then submit it at ARHVirtual5k.com any time before deadline. You can also submit pictures to share when we publish results.

WHERE DO I GET MY RACE BIB?

You can download your Virtual 'Race Bib' from your confirmation email or by clicking here to print your bib. Please include your Bib in your race photo submission!

HOW DO I UPLOAD MY RACE RESULTS & PHOTO?

Click here to upload your race results, photo contest image and generate your Finisher Certificate!

You may also tag your photos and post to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with #arhvirtual5k to be entered into the contest.

ARE THERE ANY AWARDS OR PRIZES?

We’re giving awards for the top three pictures as chosen by our judges. Submit your photo and you could win! Details are at ARHVirtual5k.com. There are NO awards for fastest times since we aren’t verifying times. Each registrant also gets a T-shirt with the custom designed art (see photo). Shirts will be mailed approximately 2 weeks following the registration deadline.

Who does the ARH Foundation support?

The ARH Foundation supports the healthcare heroes who are on our front lines with COVID19 related financial needs. Your support helps our employees gain critical financial support for utilities, rent/mortgages, food and groceries, and other emergent financial art ships resulting from COVID19. As an ongoing initiative, the Foundation’s Employee Emergency Assistance Fund provides aid due to a loss of primary residence, death or care of an employee or immediate family member causing hardship.
