The LifeStart Virtual 5k is the start of a new series we plan to continue to grow and offer for the future. This is a virtual 5k supporting the American Nurse's Foundation with 40% of the race registration going back to the COVID-19 relief fund.

How to complete your event
Register for the LifeStart Virtual 5k and complete a 5K anywhere, and submit your result. Simply run or walk 3.1 miles any time and any place that works for you. In your neighborhood, your favorite trail, or even on a treadmill!
We will ship your official LifeStart Virtual 5k, finisher medal, buff, and downloadable finisher Certificate to your LifeStart Wellness Club (packages will ship 4-5 weeks after signing up)
After you complete your 3.1 miles, share your accomplishment and the good you’re doing by posting pictures to social media. Show off in your new buff, and/or wearing your medal, and be sure to use #LiveLifeWell
