Virtual 1K, 5K, 10K Run/Walk

The Tri-Cities 11th Annual Run Walk is going VIRTUAL this year - 2020!
Lace up your favorite athletic sneakers and support The Main Street Academy's, FIRST VIRTUAL Tri-Cities Run/Walk!
All proceeds from the Tri-Cities annual run/walk will benefit The Main Street Academy, a Fulton County public charter school, 501c3 nonprofit organization. This year, proceeds from the race will be dedicated to improving the school’s technology needs for both students and teachers, as well as supporting TMSA families and staff who are in need during these unprecedented times.
Online registration is open from May 18 - 31, 2020. The registration and race tracking processes are quick and simple.
- Register by clicking the REGISTER button on the right.
- You will receive a confirmation email for your registration. Make sure to keep this email handy. You will need your confirmation number to upload a screenshot of your 1K, 5K or 10K results as proof of your finish time once you have completed your run/walk.
- By using a running/walking tracking app via smart phone or a smart watch, you will track your progress while on your run/walk May 18 - 31, 2020. Some popular phone apps are Runkeeper, Map My Run, and Strava. Take a screen shot of your finish time once you complete the run/walk. Make sure to tap on the button in the app to complete your run/walk. We are looking for a distance covered and time taken to finish. Here's an example of what we need. - Once you have completed your 1K, 5K or 10K, you may access your results online athttps://results.raceroster.com/results/tmfue26ujdgux6kj . You will be required to confirm your registration by signing into the Race Roster account via email or entering your last name and confirmation number. Once your registration is confirmed, you will be prompted to enter in your results and the results of anyone else that was included in your initial registration.
- You will need to upload a photo of your results to show proof of your finish time. The photo can be:
- Screen shot of your preferred tracking app via smart phone, or smart watch
- Photo of your smart watch displaying your results
The Main Street Academy/Tri-Cities Run Walk will be posting pictures and comments on our social media pages. Tag us with: #TriCitiesRunWalk2020.

You are invited to support and participate in The Main Street Academy’s 11th annual Tri-Cities Run/Walk that’s virtual this year. Targeted to serious competitors, fitness enthusiasts and easy-going exercisers, the virtual race enables registered race participants to run and/or walk a 1K, 5K or 10K at their desired location (home neighborhood, park, etc.), at their desired pace and at their desired timeframe beginning May 18, 2020 until May 31, 2020.

2020 11th Annual Virtual Tri-Cities Run Walk Sponsors
Race T-Shirt, Medal and Prizes
Each race registrant will receive a complimentary Tri-Cities Run/Walk branded t-shirt and metal. Also, prizes will be awarded to racers who rank highest for the 5K and 10K categories. T-shirts, metals and prizes will be distributed at The Main Street Academy shortly after the conclusion of the virtual race (date to be determined).
