Virtual Pack Walk/Run
Pit Bulls for Life Foundation of Alberta is a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to assisting in the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless and abandoned Pit Bulls throughout Canada.
Join us for the month of July in our Virtual Pack Walk/Run to raise funds for the dogs!
Whether participating in a 5km walk or run one time or taking part in our month long km challenge you will all be a part of helping dogs!
Challenge yourself and your friends, family and coworkers to take part in this month long challenge. Individual or teams are encouraged. Don’t have a dog? That’s ok, you don’t need a dog to take part although we do believe walks are more fun with a furry companion.

Walk/Run anywhere as long as you are respecting the federal and provincial guidelines regarding physical distancing and other preventative measures surrounding COVID-19 . You can run on your treadmill, in your backyard, quiet trails...etc. Wherever it is, make sure you are at least 2 metres away from other people who may be on your path. Be sure to take photos and share them with us on our Facebook group!

Teams
To encourage social distancing teams do not have to walk/run together. You also do not need a dog to participate. We ask all of you who love dogs or know a dog or perhaps have ever seen a dog to show your support.
Whether you would like to take part while running or walking we will all participate as a pack during the month of July. Keep track by posting on our Facebook group page each time you take a walk or run. Only walks/runs of 2km or more will be considered eligible.
Km will accumulate throughout the month for each individual, team of 3 or team of 5.
Totals will be collected throughout the month and at the end of the month top kms will receive bragging rights and PBFL swag!
