Help Will raise money

As a member of the DMSE Sports team, I'm proud to raise money for the DMSE Foundation knowing that all proceeds raised will be donated to GirlTrek, a civil-rights inspired health movement empowering black girls and women to be change-makers by organizing walking teams to mobilize community members for advocacy efforts. At DMSE we believe that Black Lives Matter and that physical activity and healthy communities are keys to a sound body and soul. Now more than ever, it's important for us to support communities of color who share our values. Personally, I'm challenging myself to complete some major goals this summer, including completing my first century (100mi) bike ride, hiking my last 10 of 48 4000' mountains in NH, running 7.6 miles up the Mt. Washington Auto Road to the highest point in New England, and running a mile under 5:20. Please consider donating to a worthy cause and keeping me motivated as I tackle my goals over the next few months.
