It's important to me to participate with others in helping every individual become fit and strong and maintain their strength and stamina to enhance their quality of life throughout. I love the vision, mission and values of the Merrimack Valley YMCA--how we reach into the community in many ways. I love teaching fitness classes there and appreciate that opportunity ever so much more since the Covid-19 quarantine started and we switched over to virtual.
