The NILMDTS Remembrance Walk,

“Our Journey Together”

is for parents, family members, and friends

to come together to remember

a precious baby who has died due to

miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS,

neonatal or any type of pregnancy or infant loss.

Join us for the 2020 NILMDTS Virtual Walk taking place on Saturday, October 3, 2020. This year’s Virtual Walk is open to everyone. Because we are unable to gather at our typical Walks in Minnesota, Colorado, and Virginia, we encourage those who participate in these Walks to join us for our Virtual Walk.

The NILMDTS Virtual Walk is an opportunity to bring honor to our babies and healing to our hearts. The Virtual Walk also ensures future support to families who will sadly walk in our shoes one day.

The Virtual Walk includes an online presentation with readings, music, and speakers to honor your baby. During the presentation, each baby is honored by having his or her name read aloud. Following the presentation, we encourage all participants to journey with their friends and family for a one mile reflective walk in their own community. Together, we will create the same sense of community and support found at our in person walks.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Online registration is available until Tuesday, September 8th at midnight.

$35.00 Adult - includes a Walk T-shirt and 1 Program Book per order.

$30.00 Senior - includes a Walk T-shirt and 1 Program Book per order.

$30.00 Additional Adult - includes a Walk T-shirt.*

$15.00 Child - includes a Walk T-shirt.*

*Please note that you cannot add baby names to this type of registration.

ADDITIONAL ADULT REGISTRATION

We have simplified the registration process by creating an “Additional Adult Registration” option. Once you have completed your main Adult registration, you can add the Additional Adult Registration. This option allows you to add this person to your team, include his or her main contact information, and save $5 on the registration. Please note that you cannot add baby names to this type of registration.

BABY NAMES

All registered baby names will be listed on the back of the Walk T-shirt, in the program book, and read during the presentation if registered before online registration closes on Tuesday, September 8th at midnight. No additional baby names can be added after online registration closes.

ONLINE PRESENTATION

The presentation will be available online Saturday, October 3, 2020, at 9:00 am Mountain Time and shared on our YouTube Channel. The direct video link will be shared the morning of the event or you can use the link to our channel here: https://www.youtube.com/user/nilmdtsheadquarters

BUTTERFLIES

Butterflies are NOT available for purchase for the virtual event, but participants can fundraise to receive a butterfly growing kit. See all personalized gifts and fundraising dates here. Watch the transformation from caterpillars to chrysalides, to beautiful Painted Lady butterflies that you can release on October 3rd following the virtual presentation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees and add on purchase fees (additional walk shirts, butterflies, etc) are nonrefundable under all circumstances, including, but not limited to, cancellation of the event or of your participation, or change in the date and/or time, nature, or format of the event. An event may be canceled or changed due to severe weather or other factors that threaten the safety of participants, staff, or volunteers. The money collected through registration fees will be used to propel the NILMDTS mission forward.

If any walk is canceled, all participants will be notified via the email that you provided in your registration, and the information will be posted on our social media pages and our website: www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org.
