Our story…
A gift we never knew we wanted or needed - can you help us give the same to other parents in need? When Allen & I were in the hospital holding Lillian, our sweet nurse kindly encouraged us to let her call the local NILMDTS photographer. We had no idea there was an organization that could help parents in the worst moment of their lives -- connecting loss parents with a local, professional photographer who can gently, respectfully photograph their child. Photos that loss parents can receive professionally printed free of cost. Photos that loss parents will forever cherish as one of their only and most lasting visceral memories of their child gone too soon.
Allen & I will be participating in the virtual remembrance walk on Saturday, October 3rd and be raising funds to support NILMDTS. So many of you have kindly asked how you can support Lillian's memory. This is how - talk a short walk that day to help us remember her or if you can, donate. So that her life means more than our loss.
