Governor Carney of Delaware has given permission in his Phase One declaration to allow outdoor gatherings of 250 people or less.
We are required to enforce social distancing, require the use of face coverings, and provide hand hygiene.

Event Information
Limited day of race registrations available
USATF notification:
It is strongly recommended that individuals considered by the CDC to be “at-risk” not participate in the sanctioned event in any capacity. This would include: - individuals over the age of 65
- individuals who live in nursing homes
- individuals with underlying medical conditions, noted by the CDC, which place them at higher risk, such as chronic lung disease, moderate to severe asthma, diabetes, serious heart conditions, severe obesity (BMI > 40), chronic kidney or liver disease, and individuals who are immunocompromised or live with someone who is immunocompromised.
Event Registration
6:45 am - Registration Opens
7:45 am - first wave start begins
In order to provide adequate social distancing at the starting line we will be utilizing wave starts 5 minutes apart and limiting the field to 250 participants. Your race bib will have your wave start posted on your bib label. You must wear a face covering when picking up your race packet and we recommend wearing a face covering to the starting line. This is recommended but not mandatory. You may take off your face covering once you start the race.

NOTICE: No dogs allowed due to insurance liability. Bibs are non-transferable.

Packet Pick up and late registration
Packet pick up will open at Hudson Fields at 6:45 am. We will also accept a limited number of day of race registrations. Cost is $35 and if we do not have your shirt size it will be mailed to you.
Special Rules
*Face coverings must be worn when picking up your race packet
*Individual water bottles will be handed to you by our volunteer wearing face covering and latex gloves as you enter the gate at Hudson Fields and as you exit Hudson Fields
*NO spectators allowed on Hudson Fields (you may watch from parking lot)
*Hand sanitation station on site as are porta pots
*NO computer kiosks set up but live results will be found on races2run.com via NOVA Timing Systems
*NO awards ceremony. Awards will be available for pick up following the last wave finish at NOVA help desk.
*Wearing a face covering to starting line is recommend but not mandatory

NOVA Timing Systems will chip time using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System
