4 on the Fourth

That’s right, It's time for a third real live race, with fellow humans!

With guidelines on the current Covid-19 Pandemic

we will be able to offer the Four On the Fourth 4K

Here is the events twist

7:30 am Guys Start
( pending total entries & may start at 8:05 with Ladies )

8:05 am Ladies Start

8:45am Elementary Mile

And on top of that the results will be
Performance Based ( Age Graded )

We will be using the cross country USATF 4k course

Starts will be a modified wave starts based on pace and attendance

We will be able to start small groups
~ every 5-10 seconds to help spread out the field

This event will help serve as a advancing model for
how running events may look like for a while.
Here’s how:

The event will be held on a closed course enables us to control
the flow and maintain as much social distancing as possible.

Runners will be seeded by their target 5K road time to set the smaller waves runners
That means every ~5-10 seconds a wave starts. No different than the start of the mini, just at a smaller scale

• Restaurants, bars, and nightclubs: May operate at full capacity
• Personal services: May open at full capacity
• Gyms and fitness facilities: No restrictions
• Large events: Conventions, sports events, fairs, festivals,
  the state fair and similar events may resume.
• Amusement parks, water parks: Restrictions are lifted.
  Social distancing guidelines should be maintained.
• Most vulnerable population:
  Hoosiers 65 and over and those with high-risk health conditions should
  follow social distancing guidelines and remain cautious.
