on the same morning, starting with a 5K, then 4K, all the way to a 1K finale.
This is a in-person ( not virtual ) event open to everyone.
No matter your pace, all are welcome. And there a lots of ways to participate!
Solo:

You decide who runs which segment by handing over your team's scoring bib.
This will be great division for cross country teams training for the upcoming season,
but also a fun way for you to compete with your running buddies!
5K starts at 7:00 am ( 50 min )
4K starts at 7:50 am ( 35 min )
3K starts at 8:25 am ( 25 min )
2K starts at 8:50 am ( 20 min )
1K starts at 9:10 am
( no individual 1k run )
Solo runners:
the time before you have to head back to the starting line.
Hydrate, stretch, whatever you need to do get ready for your next segment.
You may want to use a bit of strategy... the faster you go, the more time
you'll have to recovery, but the more rest you'll need, too.
