Mission: Bringing the community together to raise funds for the perpetual up keep of the Dam located on Lake Grady in Riverview FL.
Date: Sunday, November 8th, 2020
Time: 5K start from 8:30am- 8:45am (Range start to allow Social distancing)
Cost: Adults $35.00, Kids (<12 yoa) $20.00
***100 runners MAXIMUM: We will cut off registration once this is reached***
Registration includes Race Bib professional CHIPPED timing with LIVE results, Race T-Shirt & Souvenir Medal.
Race T-Shirt only guaranteed if registered prior to October 22nd
Course: Scenic course starting on the East Side of Shadow Run Dam (Located on Shadow Run Blvd), through the Shadow Run Dam park and into the Bell Creek Preserve. The run features a turn around point in the preserve bringing you back, looped course. This run occurs on pavement. A Water station will be placed at the halfway point.
**In the event that we cannot run in the preserve, we will move the run to Shadow Run side streets as pictured below. Streets will not be shut down for this event as there is low traffic.
Restrooms: A Port-a-potty will be located close to the start line. There will be no port-a-potty's available on the actual 5K course.
Parking: Street side parking available within Shadow Run. Please park responsibly and do not use homeowners properties.
Packet Pick-up: Saturday November 7th from 1-3pm, Leaven Brewing
You may also pick-up your packet the morning of the event starting at 7:45am.
