- In the words of Yoda, "Du or du not. There is no tri." Du not let the first GCRC comeback race from COVID-19 pass you by!
- This third race in our Duathlon Series includes a 3 mile run, followed by an 11 mile bike and finishes with a 1 mile run.
- Both runs are out and back and the bike course is an 11 mile open road loop. Both offer a hilly challenge.
- No DRAFTING allowed and bike helmets are required. Volunteer support will be staged at turns on the bike course.
- Online registration only and limited to 100 participants. No race day, on site registration.
- $15.00 entry fee for all participants. No shirts will be available at this event.
- Road Bike and Mountain Bike categories.
