Although the mental health conversation has started for first responders...there is still a long way to go to normalize it and remove the barriers or uneasiness to discussing this health issue that we ALL face.
People don't have "mental health issues"...they have mental health.
Every human being has mental health just as we have physical health.
Strong mental and physical health equals wellness through Whole Body Health.
