The Devin Race will go on!
The 14th Annual Devin Kravitz Memorial 5K will now be virtual!
Runners will select their own 5K (3.1 mile) course and submit their times to race roster.
Runners/Walkers can hit the pavement anytime between September 4th and 7th at 12 noon. Plus you can avoid (or find more) hills, pick the perfect weather and compete for prizes!
Per current social distancing guidelines, please do not plan to run the traditional race route in Leicester on the original date and time of the race—Sept 5th at 9am, or as part of a group.
The first 100 registered runners will receive a special edition 14th annual Devin Kravitz Memorial 5K gaiter! Those will be mailed out prior to race weekend.
We will offer prizes in the following categories:
- Most vintage Devin Kravitz Road Race t-shirt worn
- Best dog photo
- Most scenic route
Please use #devinkravitzvirtual in social media posts by 12 noon on Monday Sept 7th, to be considered for prizes.
There will also be awards for the fastest male and female runners.
As always, any proceeds will go to supporting research into Myocarditis - the disease that took Devin from us way too soon.
