Run, walk, or stroll along your favorite course – maybe it's a trail through a park, around your neighborhood, or even on a treadmill in your home. The SOGM Virtual 5K/10k can be completed anywhere you choose! Everyone and anyone can participate in the SOGM Virtual 5K/10K, and we'll ship the swag straight to you. Please take care to follow social distancing guidelines while completing your run. Maintain a safe distance (at least 6ft of space) between yourself and other runners whenever possible.
