EAMA Virtual 10K
- Runners are encouraged to plan their route in advance and avoid running on the highway wherever possible
- Runners should be mindful of pedestrians and abide by social distancing guidelines
- Runners should inform next of kin of their route before they leave and confirm their safe return once finished
- Runners are encouraged to carry an ICE card whilst competing containing details of their next of kin
- Runners are reminded to keep hydrated by carrying water or factoring a water station into their route
