My Story…
We began this family tradition of running together in the Perseverance Trail Run in 2016 dressed up as 'Forest Ninjas' to help protect the Cumberland Forest. This was a season for us of persevering through loss and choosing what brings life and we are grateful each year to reflect on its significant meaning in our lives. This year in particular, we are reminded of how valuable these special places are that allow us to breathe, explore, continue challenging our limits, and be immersed in the great outdoors!
We have enjoyed watching our kids learn to run, race, hike and mountain bike in these beautiful Cumberland trails and can see how very soon they will be flying by us! Thank you for joining with us to help preserve the forest for all of us to enjoy for many generations to come!
