My Story…

This amazing organization, co-launched and co-spearheaded by my Sister: Shirley Hunt is called Up and Running Guelph. Their mostly volunteer organization introduces those with minor mental health problems to running in nature, both parts proven to help. Please help me help them by donating as I walk 10k in one day.
