At 23 weeks pregnant, doctors discovered that Magnus had stopped growing. A few devastating days later, on May 6, 2020, I gave birth to the tiniest baby I'd ever seen. He was very small and weak, and sadly he passed during labour. Sweet little Magnus Catt Stoneman was precious in every way. Although he was too small and frail to survive in the world, he will live forever in our hearts. Pregnancy loss is devastating, and having to go through this during COVID made it so much worse as we could not be with our loved ones. The resources in the Bridget's Bunnies care package helped tremendously to deal with the grief felt by myself, my husband, and also Magnus’s grandparents, aunts & uncles, cousins, and friends. We are walking to raise awareness of pregnancy and infant loss, and raise money so Bridget's Bunnies can continue to support other families.
