Gateway to the Delta 10 Miler and 5k

Welcome back to the 8th Annual Gateway to the Delta Races, presented by the Batesville Rotary Club!
It’s been quite a 2020 so far and we hope you and yours are safe and well. For many if not all runners, joggers and walkers, time spent on roads and trails is just the escape needed to recharge our batteries and relieve pandemic-induced stress.
The Batesville Rotary club is excited to invite past runners and new participants to our event in downtown Batesville, MS that promises to be both a safe and fun Saturday! We’ll follow CDC guidelines for safety before, during and after the race to ensure everyone feels comfortable throughout the day.
The race course will follow its traditional route, leaving from the Panola County Courthouse in Batesville’s downtown and heading northeast for three miles to get our racers warmed up. From there you’ll enjoy a couple of small hills before working your way back to the town square’s Finish Line. We hope you’ll enjoy all the small-town charm that Batesville has to offer in a race that attracts runners from all over the country!
As is tradition, all of our 10-mile registrants will receive their annual hooded sweatshirt – perfect for those cool fall training days. Our 5k racers will receive a stylish performance tee.
