Help Kate raise money

I'm thrilled to announce I will be running in support of The Brenda Strafford Centre's Run Brave campaign, supporting women fleeing domestic violence situations in Calgary. I appreciate your help and support in reaching my fundraising goal! The Calgary Herald reports that throughout the COVID-19 lockdown, domestic violence calls in Calgary have increased by 21% from the previous quarter. The Brenda Strafford Centre offers emergency shelter and progressive housing services for those fleeing domestic violence. The proceeds from this virtual run will support the 350 women and children served by The Brenda Strafford Centre annually; funding essential programming such as: trauma informed counselling, childcare, community initiatives, outreach services and more.
